Chips: New Fast Food Chain in Jupiter Makati
22:00
It was like the universe conspired to have restaurants open up in Jupiter Street and Makati Ave just as we moved in.
Chips, is a new fast food chain in Jupiter which seems to go under the Jollibee category. Jollibee category whuuut.

Taste. The patty is very thin. Even thinner than Jollibee's, but it doesn't make it any less of a patty. In all honestly, it's actually more tasty. The best burger on their menu (in the photo) had lettuce cheese and tomatoes, so I liked how it tasted overall.
Ambiance. Their food are incredibly affordable, almost too much that it kind-of scares me a bit. But the place was nice and clean so there's nothing to worry about! Really. The room was well lit, though a little too small. They're just starting out so that's forgivable.
Price. Their menu, in my opinion, was weirdly priced because the burgers were cheap but the fries and drinks doesn't look to be priced the same way. At some point the fries and drinks costs more than the burger. I little odd, I'd say. See menu above.
Verdict
Nothing special with the taste. You get what you pay for. The patties are not wafer-thin but a lot thinner than Jolibee and McDonalds. Overall, I would say it was good enough that I'd come back for a quick lunch. It's not a Jolibee-killer (not that it's trying to), but it's probably good(?) to add to the list of food chains you're juggling with for every work week.
